I only Stayed there for 1 night I only used the facility for sleep as was out most of the day and night and the (budget hotel) met every need. This aint 5 star stay so buyer beware the location is great only 20 min drive to East Newcastle 1 easy main road. Check in and Check out was quick and easy.

The rooms were compact and did everything we needed. Beds were really comfortable and we slept well. Room facing the carpark wasn't too noisy and kids slept well. We were there for a sports comp and location was really close to the venue and did everything we needed it to. Staff were lovely and really accommodating and helpful. Will be back!

Overall it was exactly what I expected, I had no real issues involving the accommodations. I did have a problem with smokers deciding to stand close to my bedroom window, however my complaints were taken seriously and I did get an offer to change rooms.

After getting confused and ringing the wrong ibis hotel to organise a late check in and told it would not be necessary as they would be open, we arrived late to the property and found they were closed. I rang the lady quite late and she was so kind and understanding and got us all sorted. The rooms were spotless! And more spacious than I was imagining. Aircon was on ready making the room even more comfortable. Beds were also comfortable. All of which exceeded my expectations, especially with the price. The fridge was useful to hold the lunchboxes for the following day and the bathroom was very clean and spacious.

Close proximity to a major shopping center (wallsend plaza) which had a awesome place to eat at great value called the winners circle, plus major food stores in cole's and aldi with a few variety and specialty stores to choose from.

The location is good, very easy to find. Our room was on the ground floor which was also good. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

This hotel is the perfect setup for an overnight stay on a long trip. It is basic but very clean, very friendly staff, has everything you need, close to the motorway and the beds are comfy.

We were surprised & pleased with how clean the facilities were & how helpful & friendly all staff we met. The Hotel is just what we need for a short stay. However, if more hotels were closer to Train Stations we would tend to use them more.
